Corey Swane
Hey, I’m Corey — the coach behind Train with Swane.
Health and fitness changed my life. It gave me the confidence I was missing, taught me discipline, and showed me what’s possible when you stay consistent. That’s why I started Train with Swane — to help others experience the same growth, both in and out of the gym.
Now, I help people just like you feel confident, strong, and capable in the gym. My approach is simple: no gimmicks, no judgment — just clear guidance, practical workouts, and support every step of the way. I’ll teach you the basics, show you proper form, and help you build habits that last.
Fitness isn’t about perfection — it’s about showing up, doing your best, and realizing you’re capable of more than you think. My goal is to make sure you leave every session feeling stronger, more confident, and ready for the next one.
